This is a step-by-step to making a full bust adjustment where in most cases is to make the bust larger. These step-by-step instructions has also be adapted to making the bust smaller also. This is ideal if you are beginner to adapting patterns or just need to fresh your knowledge on creating fullness.

As well as using these instructions to adapting the bodice block, which is available on my shop also, they can also be applied to your own bought or made patterns to get the bust fit you need.
